Rules and Conditions

The prize is only for retail customers. To be eligible, entrant must be 21 years of age or older. The prize is for two people sharing a twin cabin. Some restrictions may apply to sail dates, ship selection and cabin category. A 90-day advance notice is required when booking the cruise. Modifications and/or cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to penalty assessments. Winner is responsible for payment of any applicable taxes and personal expenses including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, tips, personal services, telephone calls, transportation to and from the ship, taxes, security deposits and other fees or charge levied by the travel service provider. Any kinds of insurance are not covered in the cruise prize. It is advisable that you should buy insurance if you deem necessary.

Taxes are due and payable to the travel service provider upon confirmation of ancillary travel bookings. In the event the winner prefers to upgrade the cruise into another class, winner is responsible for paying the upgraded amount in full. In the event a confirmed cruise reservation is cancelled, this cruise offer becomes null and void. The Cruise for Two prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are allowed. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email. Winner agrees that his/her name and/or photographs may be used for future promotions.
